Whether you are an experienced patient or this is your first time receiving any of these treatments, we’ve put together a list of standardized office etiquette rules/advice to make your appointment go as smoothly as possible.

Essential Office Etiquette Rules:

Arrive On Time

Please be punctual! Our appointments are scheduled back to back with enough time to schedule your next appointment and pay for your visit. By being late (especially for Chiro appt that is only 15 min long), it disrupts all of the appointments after you. We know at times this is unavoidable, but please realize you may not get a “full” treatment.

To go along with that, know that if we are running late because of another patient being late or for any other reason, your appointment will not be cut short. That’s our promise to you.

If You’re Early

If you are early, please feel free to walk back and use the washroom, so you are all set to enjoy your appointment on time.

Phone Use

Part of what we try to accomplish at our clinic is undoing a stressful day. Turn your phone on low or vibrate, listen to the music, check-in with your body, and BREATHE.

Weather Conditions

If your shoes are wet, kindly remove them and leave them at the front. The marble floors are incredibly slippery when wet. Even if you can navigate the floors, you will leave water behind for the next person. Thank you for your help in keeping all of us safe!
